MINDFULNESS requires an intentional and honest look at the connection we feel with those around us. It is only after we acknowledge the current state of our connection that we can aspire to deepen it in small ways.Here are some simple practices to help look at our relationships more mindfully:
1. HOW RELATED DO YOU FEEL?
Take some time today to think about the relationships in your life. Draw concentric circles with the inner circle indicating the people you feel most close to. How do you nurture the relationships you have with people in this inner circle? What can be done to feel more related to them?

BLOOD MOON. It is has such an ominous sounding name. You may wonder what it means for you! A blood Moon is just another name for a total lunar eclipse. Any astronomer would tell you lunar eclipses happen several times a year; some are total, others not, but by no means is a lunar eclipse a rare event.
This is the Northern Hemisphere’s Hunter’s Moon – the name for the full moon after the Harvest Moon. It’s also a Blood Moon, and this eclipse is the second in a series of four so-called Blood Moon eclipses.
